Delivery and Returns
We offer to ship to European and American countries at a cost.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales events and peak shopping days.
Due to a large number of orders received, please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. A lot of times your order may ship in 1-2 business days upon ordering, but we ask for up to 3-7 business days to be safe, as some items are made upon order.
Once the order is processed, shipping time for orders typically takes 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some international orders may take a little longer. You will be notified in an email once your order has been shipped. You may log onto your account to track your package.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct your address before shipment.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs officials require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. We have no control over your package once it leaves the United Kingdom. Your country's Customs Officials determine the speed at which your order is processed and released to you.
Be aware the shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to holidays, invalid address/phone No, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
And please note we do not accept liability for any item(s) not received where a tracking number can be provided by our store. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We cannot accept responsibility for missing or lost parcels where the customer has provided us with incorrect delivery information at the time of order.

Please email us with your Order Number for our return address to firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails sent on the weekend will be responded to on the following Monday. We are away from our office on the weekends, therefore, we have limited access.
Our fulfilment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different - please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.
We will issue a REFUND of the purchased product or to do an EXCHANGE.
Products must be in new, unused condition to be exchanged or returned. You must notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Items must be received back to us within 7 days of you receiving the parcel for the U.K and 15 days for international orders. If this item is in your possession for 72 hours after notifying us of your intention to return, we will consider it used and we will not issue you a replacement or refund.
You have 1 hour from purchasing to cancel your order. We cannot cancel any orders after this time.
Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our fulfilment centre and back.
Intimates, Hosiery, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Jewellery and Pre-Order items are final sale.
Sale merchandise is also not eligible for exchange or return.
Eligible returns are processed within 2 weeks of receipt. Return items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. Worn/washed items, items containing stains from makeup or wear, or items missing their original tags when applicable, will be denied exchange/return and returned to you at your expense. In the rare instance any items arrive defective, they must also be returned within this time frame. You must obtain proof of postage(tracking number) just in case your order is lost on its way back to Alberta Richards Stores Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order we sincerely apologise, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.
If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to email@example.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.

*Please note: Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you paid with a gift or voucher card (virtual or physical), the refund will be credited to the same card. At the time of making the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, we suggest you contact us.
